We are on a mission to equip and empower everyone including children with knowledge and capabilities by spark of interest and help set alight their true potential, so that they can live with dignity, purpose & hope, access pathways to employment, and take over the world.

Addressing gaps in the education system with innovative, low-cost, and replicable interventions, we cater to students across all age groups through direct programs and government partnerships and develop the intrinsic motivation to adapt.  The learnings include socio economic outcomes that children develop like engagement, safety, self-esteem, curiosity and critical thinking.

In the direct programs, our skilled instructors work directly with school and community children. In the government partnership model, our teams work closely with the federal government machinery and policymakers to design and implement better educational programs

We provide the following programs to achieve education for all:

The Educentre provides after-school training and mentoring to high school learners coming from disadvantaged backgrounds. This centre helps young people aged 12 to 18 to come together, share a mutual learning experience, and empower each other to unleash their potential to the fullest.

Here’s how we support learners with their growth:

  1. Tutoring : Intensive and robust academic support whenever required.
  2. Nutrition : Healthy and nutrient-rich meals to enhance their health and well-being.
  3. Digital Literacy : Access to internet and different learning aids to navigate through a world of knowledge.
  4. Psycho-social Intervention : Emotional and psychological support to students and their families to cope with their struggles.
  5. Mentoring : Expert guidance and intervention to nurture young minds.
  6. Career Support : Opening the doors to a world of academic and professional opportunities to access a better life.

Under the gamut of our school curriculum support, we cover Pre-school (3-6 yrs), Non Formal Education (6-14 yrs non-school going), Remedial Education (6-14 yrs school going) and Bridge Course (14-18 yrs drop-outs). With the help of volunteers and trainers, we take a multi-pronged approach to enhance the learning outcomes of children across subjects, thereby improving their knowledge retention, cognitive development, and psycho-social growth.

Understanding the difficulties faced by children from marginalized communities to experience similar learning outcomes, we extend holistic support to children struggling with child labour, poverty, homelessness, rare disabilities, economically backward localities, and so on. To ensure equal opportunities in education, we are particularly focused on girl child education and are committed towards empowering girls through knowledge.

The Right to Education law in India guarantees free and compulsory schooling to all children up to 8th standard. However, for a variety of reasons such as distance, cost, access, digital resources, socio-economic constraints, and cultural barriers, many students, especially girls, dropout of school or discontinue their education. For these people, re-entering the education system without prior education is a huge challenge. That is why, it is our endeavour to integrate these students back into the education system and help them access further learning opportunities.

We support governments to employ practical strategies that promote positive behaviours in teachers and officials. We have devised a variety of training modules to equip school teachers with state-of-the-art practices, principles, and academic methodologies leads to motivation at all levels of an education system. Our pedagogy-oriented programs ensure that the child’s first and most important contact with education- the teacher- becomes the best gateway to a world of learning and knowledge absorption.
